How hard fundraising can be. I have just received the video from Yuri showing the munitions purchased through the fundraiser we held in memory of the victims of MH17. While there were so many heartfelt words of condolence on 17 July, the response to the fundraiser itself was disappointing, raising just €65. This is absolutely not a criticism of our existing donors, who have already helped us provide over €2,000 worth of essential consumables, including: • A 3D printer • 50 kg of aluminium paste • 30 kg of magnesium paste • Vampire propellers • 28 rolls of resin Every euro has made a difference. Providing direct support to a battalion isn't about giving them equipment—it's about keeping them supplied. Without essential consumables, lives are lost. This week alone, we had to divert €1,794 from our vehicle fund to purchase urgently needed consumables. The need for trucks hasn't gone away, but these supplies simply couldn't wait. Apologies to everyone who donated towards the truck that I diverted the funds towards the 20 Ton Hydraulic press for "MT" (Motor Transport) Workshop. This was a wrongful assumption on my part. It was not for MT, but the packing Laboratory. However, they have assured me MT can use it at any time they need it. It was a reasonable assumption 😀😀😀

Probably one of the dangerous jobs in Ukraine. When they asked us to get them a grinder to mill a hard substance. We did our due diligence & everything we found said it was the wrong thing as friction could lead to a nasty accident. Even @RyanO_ChosenCoy tried to direct us to other safer alternatives. Their response was "We have being doing it like this for the last 2 years, its fine" 😊 Who were we to argue when it was €860 cheaper than our €1,000 suggestion? Something I learned a long time ago.
