🔔 Adaptive clothing for the Marines 🔔 Friends, as we all understand, being in combat often means injuries, treatment, amputations, and rehabilitation for the Defenders 🇺🇦🥺 We cannot leave them alone, even after they’ve left the front line. Support means caring for them at any time - especially during this incredibly difficult period when they have to literally and figuratively put themselves back together and find the strength to keep living. Broken and shattered bodies mean a tough physical condition that we must help them get through with dignity and care. For comfortable treatment, hospital stays, and rehabilitation, adaptive clothing is often essential. It makes self-care and medical procedures much easier. Adaptive clothing is specially designed apparel that is sewn to order by volunteer organizations and caring people. To make it, we need fabric, fittings, and consumables. Right now, we need to purchase materials and sew 100 sets of adaptive clothing for wounded Defenders who are serving or have served in combat as part of the 34th Marine Brigade in the Kherson area. Approximate cost of materials: 40,000 UAH (~ $900) The sewing will be done by the volunteer organization “Shвейна рота” (Sewing Company), to whom the materials will be sent.
